The Seriously Trademarks® practice was established with the aim of assisting small to medium size business with the protection of one of their most valuable assets, their brand name, whether it’s the business name, product name or service name. Without protection of the business name, a business is highly vulnerable from either copycats or opportunists operators?

A go getter, serial entrepreneur, Binh believes in providing the best customer service to all her clients. Binh’s twenty years experience in marketing enables her to assist with her client’s branding strategy.

Understanding how a brand works in the marketplace is essential in knowing how to obtain the right type of protection for their brand. With trademark expertise, knowledge and marketing experience, Binh founded Seriously Trademarks.

Binh holds a Masters of Business, Marketing at the University of Technology, Sydney and has worked in the branding and trademark industry for five years.
